Delivery and refunds

Plain-language summary of how delivery, returns and refunds work. Last updated October 2026.

Delivery (Store)

  • Quick commerce: delivery in about 60 minutes in eligible areas.
  • Same day: orders placed before 4 PM.
  • Next day: orders placed after 4 PM.
  • Fees depend on the product and the distance and are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • If a faster option isn't available for your address, checkout shows the fastest available.

Returns and refunds (Store)

  • If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
  • Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days. Delivery fees on change-of-mind returns may not be refundable.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Digital services

  • Courses, hosting, development and business setup are covered by the terms shown at purchase.
  • Government and third-party fees are passed on at cost and are not refundable once paid to the authority or provider.
